I ordered the 5 minute chef and "took advantage" of the gt the second for "free" (which we all know is not the case). After 7 days I still did not get the products so I e-mailed them, took them 3 days (and after a follow up) to answer just to tell me it has been shipped and gave me a link to follow up.

The link did not work for days and when I finally was able to view the status, it showed that it wasn't even shipped yet!! Followed up again and took couple more days to hear back. After 10 days I finally got the package just to find out that I was only sent ONE of the 5 minute chef. E-mailed them AGAIN!

and was told, oh we found it and will be shipping it but this time allow 3-6 weeks for delivery, SERIOUSLY??????? Why am I being punished for their mistake????? and to add to that, they are shaking off any responsibility and told me to follow up with TELEBrands (who ever they are). Worse customer service EVER!!!

Will NEVER order anything from them again! I wish I never did to start with!!!!!!
