I placed an order on 3/11/2018 for Night Bright Binoculars. I was aware of the 3-6 weeks shipping and didn't have an issue with it however, on 4/4/2018 I received a postcard stating the item was on back order and would be shipped within 30 days.

Ok. Called 5/1/2018 and was told it would be shipping by 5/5/2018. Called on 5/7/2018 for tracking and was told to call back on 5/11/2018 for updated status. Checked the order on line today and found it to have been canceled.

I called and was told it was canceled and I would have to reorder if I still wanted my item. The item is still not in stock and I would have to wait the 3-6 weeks again.

WOW!!! I don't even know what to say at this point other than never in a million years would I even dream of ordering from this company ever again.

Product or Service Mentioned: Bulbhead Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: No delivery, Ultimately cancelled my order due to their error.
