Ordered a product from Bulbhead.com on July 11th. Money came out of account next day.

Waited until July 20th to call and see when eta for shipping was and they stated that it would be shipped out Monday 7/23/18. Never recieved shipping email, so, called today Thursday 7/26/18 and was notified that product was not even in stock! Not sure why I wasn't notified of this sooner. Especially before money was taken.

I am a business owner myself. Would never treat any customer this way!!

Definitely wouldn't be taking money for a product i didn't have. Will never order from this company again and WILL NOT be recommending them to anyone!
