Someone fraudulently used my account some how and bought something you're customer service girl who couldn't understand English could not even tell me what was purchased. I need the $29.98 put back in my account immediately.
This has been reported to the BBB and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. This is the worse customer service person I have ever dealt with. Steve T Hutton. I don't need to keep telling you how you mistreat people in so many words.
