I ordered the red copper pans and lid as a gift for a family member. Per the claims on their website and confirmation email you are not charged until your product is shipped.
In my case this was not true!! They charged my card and shipped nothing. About 2 weeks later I called and found out that they never were going to ship my purchase due to a "technical error." It would have been great if they would have let me know. Were they hoping that I wouldn't notice??
They basically told me that in 3-5 business days they would get my money back to me.
As this was supposed to be a gift, that was now extremely late, I argued with them and finally got them to redo my order over the phone. However, they are charging me again, so essentially I had to pay double the original price until they get around to refunding my initial purchase cost.
