Ordered a knife sharpener and received a seat cushion.
Called Cust service who advised they would send the replacement with regular delivery at 3 - 6 weeks - original shipment came in ten days
I declined an offer to replace in 3 - 6 weeks and asked for credit. .. was advise credit would show in 3- 5 days.
Credit never issued so I went to bulb head website and filed a second complaint and was advise credit would be issued within 3-5 days...That didn't happen either. ..I finally filed a charge-back with my credit card.
I wasn't an email response to Bulbhead where they promised a refund and was advised not to file complaints via email and to call again... I won't do business with a company who appears to lie to customers
