Bulbhead and Tetebrands are awful companies. I ordered from the Bublhead website and after submitting all my information I was informed the square dance pan was on a 6 week back order.

Many attempts to track my order were made unsuccessfully. The tracking website is a non functioning trap to frustrate. It worked. I am angry by now.

6 weeks into the wait I got a postcard from Telebrands informing me to just wait longer. Throughout all this confusion I got 3 different order numbers. After waiting 7 weeks, I cancelled my order. I got some foreigner that spoke broken English.

There next day they charged my credit card for the ordered items. I just tried to track my order with the same frustrating results. What a cluster f*#%. Never again will I do business with either of these ***-companies.

I'm sure all my personal information has been disseminated to the world. And all I wanted was a Red Copper Square Dance Pan like the Grandma on TV said I could buy.

Avoid my ordeal and shop elsewhere. Jim in Mississippi
