I just bought my 75' Pocket Hose from Bulbhead about 3 weeks ago. I just used it today. As soon as I turned on the hose bib a pin hole leak was noticed. Its about 3 ft from the copper connector and hose bib. I tried wrapping it with duck tape but it still leaked.

To make this frustrating and disappointing experience, Im willing to have it replaced as soon as possible.

Otherwise, I will just returned it and get full reimbursement. Please send the return address to send to and return authorization number.

Purchased 2 pocket hoses in last month. Both as of today are ruined.

Both sprang leaks within a week of each other. Great product, but very short life. Would like reimbursed for them.
