The 10" and 12" fry pans are not flat so food slides to the sides. I find that the 12" pan is too large to fit well on electric stove large burner.
I am very pleased with the non-stick surface though. These were purchased at a Kohl's store in Baxter, MN, last summer and I thought they would be ideal to replace my older, well used fry pans and considered purchasing a set of pots and pans from your kitchen supplies. Would I find the same rounded bottoms in the pots and pans?
I guess it wouldn't matter so much in pots and pans, but I find it a problem in the fry pans. What other stores carry the Red Copper brand of kettles?
