I originally ordered a red copper fry pan on Dec. 28.

From Robin Jackson. I finally called on March 2 to find out where it was. I spoke to Olympus and he apologized and said they would reprocess my order which would take 3-5 days then another week to receive it. THEN I get a post card on April 4 that it was on back order AGAIN, and it would be up to 30 days to get it.

I called and said just cancel my order, This time I spoke to an Arthur who said oh no we will do our best to get it out to you within 10 days. I really just wanted to cancel. He put me on hold and came back to say they would give me $10 back . WELL, HAVE YOU SEEN THE CREDIT BECAUSE I CERTAINLY HAVENT!

I finally received the fry pan but still waiting to see a credit. I don't know how long it will take, probably NEVER! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
