we bought a 100 foot pockethose from ace hardware silverbullet in the end of march came back to Canada and we started to use it the first week in may all good then the other day the wife was watering her plants and it sprun a leack how do I get warenty work or a replacement please help thanks timmer

According to Bulbhead website if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, the company will gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 60 days after you receive them (excluding discounts, and shipping and handling charges). A Cop Cam Quick Start Guide is available on bulbheadinternational.com. According to the document, you should complete the following steps to start you cop cam:
  • STEP 1: To turn on the press and hold the POWER/RECORD button for 4 seconds. The LED light will illuminate solid red. Cop Cam will start recording video when motion is detected.
  • STEP 2: To switch to photo mode press and hold the POWER/ RECORD button for 2 seconds. The LED light will illuminate solid green. To take a photo quickly press the POWER/RECORD button once.
  • STEP 3: To retrieve footage, remove the memory card by pressing inward to release, then pull out of the slot.
  • STEP 4: To charge Cop Cam, plug into a computer/laptop. The LED light will alternately flash red and green.

Charged Twice for One order.

Rep at Bulbhead said company charges twice until item is shipped. My bank funds have been tied up because of this. This is against the law and I have reported it to authorities.

How to clean the bottom of fry pan

According to bulbheadinternational.com, if food starts to stick to your and you want to clean the bottom of your pan, you should repeat the seasoning process. Please follow the steps below:
  1. Spread a light coating of vegetable oil over the entire inside surface of the pan.
  2. Place pan in an oven preheated to 300-degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
  3. Use caution and handle only with oven mitts while carefully removing from the oven.
  4. Let the pan cool completely.
  5. Wipe away excess oil with a cloth or paper towel.
  6. This process should be repeated at least twice a year.
