I received a red cooper square pan for Christmas. on the 3rd use my over easy eggs became burned scrambled and i could not clean the pan.

I noticed the sides and bottom were all black. i tried everything to clean the pan. i called for a replacement and was told i would have to pay 20% re stock and my shipping.

went to Better Business Bureau and they tried but Bulbhead refused to get back to them. A terrible way to treat a customer...worst, my son who gave me the pan feels real bad and wants to get me another present to replace it.

Product or Service Mentioned: As Seen On Tv Red Copper Frying Pan.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: replace only be sure i get a pan that will do as you claim.

I didn't like: No help refused to reply to the new jersey better business.
