My hose burst in less that than two months. It was used on a boat, well protected and stored out of the sun (UV Rays) etc.

It burst in the middle of the hose itself. The actual clear “plastic” hose which carries the water burst longitudinally and there was no obvious wear and tear on the hose fabric itself. I called the distributor “Bulb Bead” at (800) 887-2727 and went through a half hour dance to finally get the agent to say they would sent me a new hose (to back up their life time guarantee) if: I shipped then the hose with cc’s of all correspondence my emails to them and all of the correspondence to the as well as proof of purchase. OK.

Postage to USPS slowest way possible = $11.90 to Bulb Head, One Telebrands Plaza, Fairfield, NJ 07004... Per USPS tracking my hose got there and I called the “Customer Service” number today 7/25/18 and after some haggling trying to fine my file I was told they had requested and gotten confirmation that I would be shipped a new hose, in 6 weeks!! One *** of a guarantee isn’t it. Almost as bad as the hose itself.

These tela-marketing firms are all talk and no way to back it up.

6 weeks for a new hose that won’t last that long!!?? On a scale of 1-10 = 1
