i MADE ORDER ON 6/26/16, SAW ON MY CREDIT CARD ITEM BILLED 6/29/16. THE TERMS ON THE RECEIPT SAYS :Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.' CALLED TODAY 7/7/16 TO GET TRACKING NUMBER FOR SHIPMENT.
ALL THEY CAN TELL ME IS THAT A SHIPPING LABEL HAS BEEN MADE. CUSTOMER SERVICE READS THIS STANDARD LINE AND KEEPS REPEATING IT. I ASKED TO CANCEL, THE PERSON SAID I HAVE TO TRANSFER YOU TO THAT DEPARTMENT. TWO MINUTES LATER HE GETS BACK ON TO TELL ME THAT THEY WILL HAVE TRACKING NUMBER IN 2 TO 4 DAYS.
I TOLD HIM THAT I STILL WANTED TO CANCEL AND TO TRANSFER ME TO CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT. HE SAID I WAS TALKING TO THE RIGHT PERSON AND HE WOULD PUT THROUGH A CREDIT THAT I SHOULD SEE IN 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS. I SORT OF DOUBT THAT.
HE ALSO ASKED ME TO REJECT THE PACKAGE WHEN I GET IT SINCE THEY CANNOT STOP SHIPMENT. I'M NOT USUALLY HOME THAN AND NOT SURE HOW I CAN DO THAT.
