We purchased the large copper cookware and have had great success with in, both on the stove top and oven alike. Because of this we also purchased two of the square, and one round pans.
We are not too pleased with these. They leave a dark area on the burner of the cook top. It does not matter the temp, there is something about the bottom that leaves this residue. It is easily cleaned up, but rather not have to do this every time we use these pans!
Is there something we should have done in preparing these pans of use? It really is something that I would like an answer for.
