I went online and ordered the furwizard. Everything was great till the tracking number told me that product was out for delivery but never received.
Went back online and discovered they cut off part of the address. Called the 800 number and told the girl ( not American ) what they did. Did not offer an apology but did offer the number to the post office. I told her it was not my mistake and she needed to fix it.
She said that I should’ve checked the address before I finished the order. I told her that I went back and looked at the address on the invoice and it was correct that they goofed! She then said an other would be sent out. I would have to wait another two weeks to get it.
Asked to speak to her supervisor. He then asked me how I knew something was wrong with delivery when he didn’t have that info. I told him how product was out for delivery for two days. Does not take that long.
He (not Americans) then offered to send me another but would not send it any faster. Not a good way to keep customers. He told me that I should be happy it wouldn’t take six weeks!
These people are not in this country and do not care! We are just fast money to him.
