I received an air dragon for a birthday gift a couple weeks ago. I used it twice and thought it was wonderful!
I got it out the other day to use and it wouldn't come on at all. If it only has a two time use, they should warn a person so they save it for an even more dire situation (ie: sitting on the side of the highway)! Very expensive air for only a two time use!!! Past the gift givers 30 day purchase date so, of course, the company won't do anything about a replacement or refund, at least that's the only parts of the broken english a person can understand from so called customer service.
It should be changed to "company" service because the only one getting any service is the company not the customer.
I have about decided that some of these cheap companies do that on purpose, in the hopes that those who call will get frustrated with the language barrier issue and give up. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL TELL EVERYONE AND CALLING BBB TOO!
